We don't knowingly collect sensitive information (such as health information). You can make a general enquiry without telling us your name, but we'll need contact details to quote, supply or deliver.

- supply, mill, deliver and invoice your orders
- assess and manage credit accounts
- provide customer service and keep business records
- meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations
We don't sell your personal information. We'll only send you marketing if you've asked us to or agreed to it, and you can opt out at any time.

Our website
Contact form
Enquiries sent through our contact form are delivered to us by email using Web3Forms, a form service operated from India that stores data with Amazon Web Services. Web3Forms keeps a copy of each submission for a limited time (currently 30 days) before deleting it. We keep enquiries in our email system for as long as we need them for the purposes in this policy.
Fonts and maps
Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts, and our contact page shows Google Maps. When these load, Google receives technical information such as your IP address and browser details. See Google's privacy policy for how Google uses this information.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use our website, such as which pages are viewed, how people arrive at the site, and whether they send an enquiry or tap our phone number. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device and browser type, and pages visited. We use this information in aggregate to improve our website; we don't use it to identify you.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The embedded Google Maps on our contact page may also set cookies.
Server logs
Like most websites, our web server automatically records technical information such as IP addresses, pages visited and the date and time of visits. We use this only to operate and secure the website.
Overseas disclosure
Some of our service providers store or process information outside Australia. This currently includes Web3Forms (India, using Amazon Web Services) for contact form enquiries, and Google (United States and other countries) for analytics, fonts and maps. We take reasonable steps to ensure these providers protect your information.
How we protect it
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. This includes secure systems, access controls and keeping only what we need. When we no longer need personal information, and aren't required by law to keep it, we take reasonable steps to destroy it or de-identify it.
Accessing and correcting your information
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it if it's inaccurate, out of date or incomplete. Contact us using the details below. We'll respond within a reasonable time, usually within 30 days. If we can't give you access, we'll explain why.
Complaints
If you have a concern about how we've handled your personal information, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. We'll acknowledge your complaint and aim to respond within 30 days.
If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.
